Welcome to the Discord Algebra System (DAS) ("Bot," "we," "us," or "our"). By adding and using our bot on your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not add or use the Bot.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify server administrators of significant changes via Discord, and it is your responsibility to inform your server members about the updated Terms. Continued use of the Bot after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.

  1. BOT FUNCTIONALITY

Our Bot provides certain features and services within Discord servers, as described in the documentation and announcements provided. We strive to ensure the Bot's accuracy and functionality, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.

  1. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Bot in compliance with all Discord terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating Discord's terms of service or guidelines.

  • Using the Bot for malicious, abusive, or illegal purposes.

  • Attempting to exploit or gain unauthorized access to the Bot's functionalities.

  • Impersonating the Bot's developers or representatives.

  • Disrupting the normal operation of Discord servers.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials related to the Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of DAS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Bot. Your use of the Bot is at your own risk.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or Discord's terms of service. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Bot's availability at any time.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
